The new smash should have wash-dashing. Roy and Mewtwo should be brought back definitely and overall it should be rather quick and competitive.

Practice as usual, L-canceling isn't incredibly hard to master either, just have good motor skills and lots of experience and before you know it, L-canceling is similar to instinct. Same said for wave-dashing and fast play.

You should use L-canceling, it quickens the recovery animations such as when a character performs an aerial attack and hits the floor. With practice, it can be mastered and is extremely effective especially in high competitive matches
