I wouldn't be too sure about that, considering the third game already cut iconic characters like Tommy for literally no reason and added SpongeBob spinoff garbage in their place. Lincoln could very easily end up getting cut in NKR 4, but at least you'll get to play as characters like Baby Sandy...
