If you're talking about the smash scene pre 2007ish, it was me. Unfortunately it's been about that long since I've even played, and I apparently have been completely out of the loop since then too.

Which version of Smash are you interested in playing? I'm in Cedar Falls and go to Waverly quite often. And there is an Iowa smash page on Facebook? Why did no one tell me about this?

Ha, my first was Snexus 1, although it wasn't call "Snexus 1" as much as it was called "That tournament in Snex's parent's basement." Did you get separated after everyone left the venue on the way to the hotel to finish the event or after the hotel excursion? I miss those good ol' days...

This thread made me nostalgia really hard. I'm pretty sure that was the Kishs' entire point though; they love nostalgia. To up the nostalgia level even more, I vote that the rules should be the same as they were at Snexus.

Don't worry, join date has no correlation with smash skill. It just means I was bored in high school.
