There's a new bug with Diddy making it impossible to grab him if you hit his shield with a multi-hit move. Currently the only ways to reset it is to kill him, or hit his shield again with a non-multi-hit move.

I'm going all in ESAM, I lost my voice for a day cheering for him in the front row of Super Smash Con.

Technically I didn't buy Mewtwo, I got his code from Club Nintendo since I registered 3DS and Wii U before the deadline. I bought the other 3 characters + Dream Land, and that's it. Peach and Hyrule didn't really grab onto me, plus, they're not tourney legal.

Smashcon, 0-2 in my pools. I played so many friendlies and stuff there, that I realized how to advance BOTH my Mario and Pikachu play, and I can actually start beating my IRL friends that have beaten me since the game came out. Smashcon was my first tourney in general, and I can't wait to go to...

When someone uses my main against me with no practice and obliterates me, it's crushing every time.

I am a Smash 4 player so I still have to learn things like Z-canceling, but besides that it's a **** ton of fun to play. I'm just looking for tips on certain techniques and what-not, to practice and to go to tournaments also playing this game!

This is an awesome tournament! I had so much fun in 2 hours, I can hardly imagine the next 3 days!

but it isn't a gamecube controller, it's not tournament legal. You have to plug it into a wiimote for it to work

Online tournaments all the time, and sales for Smash 3DS are bigger than Smash Wii U.

They aren't actual GameCube controllers, the thing you put in the adapter is replaced with what the nunchuck has to put in a Wiimote, so you have to sync a Wiimote then plug it into the wiimote to play.
