It is a Dash Pivot Cancel. Found by Samurai Panda. Any character can do this.... it is just extreme in squirtle's case as he can slide very far. You can also do this with the Foward Smash... not very useful a lot of the times... but very funny to see

Watched the new ones.... i like it. Play alot like i do... I feel you just need to keep your opponent guessing by changing the moves you do. Don't double Fair quite so much. Throw in a Fair, >B, into a Shield Breaker. I have broken a shield that way before. Also.. try to learn to cancel the Uair...

The window for Ike to get the cancel is pretty small compared to other characters... If you wanted to use it though... downsmash might be the best option since the back half is stronger than the front.

I can give you the sweet and short since I live with Shrink... we are currently without internet and i went home so here is how it went. Shrink and R1NGO teamed up as Olly and MK and got 9th i believe. As for singles... Shrink took his Olly to third place. If you play Olly..look out...
