    I'm starting something. All I can say now is that it'll be pretty crazy. Who knows what kind of things will be used? Probably a whole bunch of gizmos and gadgets.

    How do I port fully new models to characters?

    Have you hexed the model? If so, just replace Lucas' .mdl0 with the one in the .brres, and import the textures and rename them correctly. If not, search for the automatic model hexer that FortWaffles made. Just open the .brres with the 3 programs in that pack.

    Yes, and thats a problem I am looking at when I ask myself what in the world I was thinking. Maybe I'll filter it a bit to reduce my burden. But I don't have much a life right now, since it's winter. I can probably do it.

    If at all possible, is there any chance there could be multiple animations running at once? An example being the previously stated "all model" check box. You have all models out, and you run one animation involving only one model, and another involving a separate model at the same time.

    Epic Mickey does not use mdl0, instead it has .pak
