In addition to the roller->smash setups above, Uair kills at high percents, Dair spikes, Up-B has a hitbox that can gimp people, Bthrow kills on the ledge. I think I've killed with utilt a few times at 150%+ as well.

It seems like UThrow is a kill throw too, maybe even sooner than DThrow. On FD in training I killed Mario off the top at 160% each with no DI.

Everyone's going on about how great of a character Roy is, but I'd like to take a second and point out just how awesome he looks! His armour is fantastic, his weird flared-trouser-boot-bell-bottom thingies look awesome, and the way he holds his sword backhanded for a lot of his moves really...

I'd agree with Eeveecario on the +1, as long as the Bowser is respected properly. Not respecting King Koopa's kill potential makes the matchup way harder than it needs to be, but as long as Lucario is careful about going in, he can rack up the damage easily and secure kills without too much...

I agree with everything said so far, but one other thing worth mentioning... If you're playing a Bowser, watch what he does when you're under him. At higher-level play this is probably harder to pull off, but I've killed many Bowsers by baiting out down-B into a DT.
