I like falcos up smash but its not nearly as reachy or speedy as fox's, not sure on that. try shine out of shield + triangle jump maybe?

depends on who you are. dash around them too, or shield and use rolls. wd out of shield usually f*cks you over, same with spot dodge. depends who they are too, you can bait them to dash attack and punish pretty easily if they are dash attack happy. Roll away. I normally hate/never roll. but...
