Definitely; aside from the fact that most characters can combo out of grabs they can also shield grab people who make seriously dumb mistakes like forward smashing a shield etc. Samus doesn't have this liberty and as a result has to either upB (for minimal damage and often gets herself punished...

I own an NTSC copy (and have to use homebrew and run it through gecko to make it work) but I live on Australia meaning I have to use the PAL version for tournament play, there's no super grapple and no bomb grapple stuff, but we do get better graphics :) Basically I got the idea for this thread...

I use Peach as a secondary, doing that gets you REALLY used to the whole spacing game, that said I still hate Marth cuz I always THINK I'm out of his range and then get tippered but generally with decent enough spacing you can mindgame him into throwing out Fsmash against nothing all day...
