Yes, I also believe that utilt has more priority than Nair. Also, I have been able to outprioritize moves that with Usmash I couln't, so I sometimes use utilt mostly to cancel short-hopped approaches.

I agree with Holy Force, this is something that shouldn't be descarded right away as "useless". Usually, discoveries such as these tend to lead to other perhaps more important discoveries, and even if it doesn't, we are in a point were Brawl is (IMO) somehow knew, so any glich/AT, etc...
