MK and Marth should have the same range. Marth's Fair is only slightly longer then MK's, and MK's Down tilt has more range then Marth's Down tilt and Forward smash.

It doesn't fit all of the stages that the SBR has banned in their official rule list. You said yourself that you didn't agree with some of the stages that the SBR has banned. Since the criteria doesn't follow all of the SBR's bans, it can't be the SBR ban criteria.:dizzy:

Actually Rumble fall's vertical scrolling is not random, and is actually a static part of the stage, just like Rainbow Cruise. And last time I checked, Rainbow Cruise wasn't banned. This stage doesn't overcentralize BECAUSE of the scrolling, it makes it so that most characters with CG's...

TBH, Marth has too many bad match ups with the top tier to be bottom of S. The only match up he really has an advantage in is Falco(Ice climbers and Diddy kong also theoretically advantages for Marth, but Marth's seem to lose a lot to IC's, I'm not sure about Diddy Kong, though.)

I generally dislike the IC CG's because even when you feel that you have outplayed an IC's main, you still lose. NEO feels that he plays better than Meep often, but he still looses to Meep often. Which is why NEO always rages about IC's. Other CG's, such as Falco's, can generally be prevented...
