    MDL0 files from Non-Brawl games

Oh darn, both Punch-Out and Metroid Prime 3 don't share that kind of format, and I suppose that there's not converting tools that works with them. Too bad. Well, thanks! ;)

    MDL0 files from Non-Brawl games

Hello, I have a little problem, I hope I'm on the right section. I'm using WiiScrubber to navigate through an ISO, and I found that almost all the data (models, music, stages, sounds and videos) are inside of .data, .bnk and .dict files. Is there a way to open them so I can extract what I need...

Does anybody know in which files are the rigged riddley, metariddley and the Ultimate Chimera models? btw, seems that patriotmods.com has been flagged as a dangerous site.

Oh umm... Maybe I didn't explained well. Yes, there are different fitcharacter_eye.xx textures, that switches to give a movement effect, and there are four eye polygons, two for the normal eyes and two for the yellow eyes. But the problem is not the textures, it's how the polygons doesn't...

Ok I'll post these pics again. The polygons of the eyes area (and behind Lucas' neck) look flat and out of context, and it's a bad idea to wield their vertexes with the rest of the face's (I think you know why). I thought it was due to converting the model into a editable poly, but in maya I...

Nice to see advances, :bee: I hope the new version can solve the problem I've been having with the models. I'll wait forever if it's necessary. :)

Hey! How did you flip the normals? and which smoothing tool did you use? :bee:

I can't weld them since the eyes polygons and the rest of the face are different objects, I tried attaching the face and the eyes, but the textures got messed up and the skin lost it's properties. The principal problem here is having the need to convert the model into a editable poly. Though...

Yes, I also tried the meshsmooth modifier, smoothing groups and auto smooth, all gave me the same result. This is what I did with Lucas to flip the normals and keep the skin (if there's an easier way to do it, I'll be glad to hear it): Select a polygon or a group (for example the hair)...

I don't know if it's the right moment (or place) to ask... :ohwell: Some characters have problems with the eye polygons. In 3ds Max it happens when the model is converted into a editable poly. Here's Lucas for example. But it seems that in Maya it has the same problem. Any...

Yes, hehe... I stole your answer. Is there a solution for the skin issue? Thanks. EDIT: Oh forget it I already found how ;)

@Pharrox Hi! It seems that the problem with 3ds Max is the inverted (flipped) normals on the faces. Do you think you could fix it? ;) Congrats! you're doing an austonding work. :bee: You have to convert the model into a editable poly, use the face selection tool to select all the object's...
