    Your Amiibo's Name?

I named my Dark Link 'Black Ace' after a psycopathic robot made by a guy called Zeurel.

    The amiibo Naming Thread!

I was actually considering this not long ago. I think if I got a Fox he would be Guile and if I got a Falco he would be Qrow. Others, not so sure.

Smash Wii U The stages in Smash 4 are ridiculous!

What's my belief? That For Glory wasn't created to be numb to what the game's other content is? I'm at least attempting to be civil here by not putting words in your mouth; even though you gain nothing from doing so, it wouldn't hurt to extend me the same courtesy. That aside, here's my...

Smash Wii U The stages in Smash 4 are ridiculous!

Miiverse stage, battlefield big battlefield, town and city. Platforms, boom. The point is that there doesn't need to be a ton of these stages, since people who value competitiveness won't (or shouldn't) care too much about great deals of variety.

    We(I) need(want) a Hazard Switch like SSF2

If you want to limit yourself to competitive stages, the value you're placing is on viability and not stage aesthetic or theme, so you ought to be satisfied with ten or fewer viable stages, which there are. Enjoy!

All of the important Melee characters are back!

This game is a 2.0 of nothing and to say so (be it Brawl or Melee) is rather nearsighted. Still, it's got a bunch of Melee characteristics, and that should satisfy some people.

Smash Wii U Smash Wii U replay abilty problem

More and harder challenges, craptons of trophies with specific collections, more modes (including new modes) and more content overall? The only thing it's lacking is a definitive story mode, and SSE wasn't ever something I played more than once. You also seem to know how the characters are...

Smash Wii U The stages in Smash 4 are ridiculous!

There are a whole lot of crazy fun stages, but there are a few legal stages too. Someone counted about 15 out of the 40ish. People who want to limit themselves to legal stages have a limited selection, which makes perfect sense to me. There's no 'forcing' happening. If you like a stage's...

Do you agree with having to buy both versions for Mewtwo?

Yes, because it's a reward for being a loyal customer. Seeing it as forcing you to buy both versions to get him free is a bad perspective. If you don't have both versions, then you can buy him like normal DLC. This is a great deal more benevolent than most DLC nowadays.

Do you agree with having to buy both versions for Mewtwo?

Free Mewtwo is the reward for people being loyal customers and buying both versions. Paid Mewtwo is available for those who do not. This isn't a scam or a cash-grab; it's far more benevolent than most DLC.

Smash Wii U SMASH WII U DIRECT CONFIRMED!!! - Oct.23 NA, Oct.24 EU, JP, AU

Welp, couldn't have gone better for me. 8 player smash, new stages, stage builder, and Mewtwo. Still, Ridley going is kinda a downer.

Smash Wii U 8 Player Smash (Almost) Confirmed!

Judging by the responses in this thread, plenty of people want this and would play it a lot. I know I would. I think perhaps your anger over losing your Ice Climbers is causing you to make brash assumptions.

    Omega Mode: a cop out

Oh, I get it. It's all a big conspiracy against the competitive fanbase! In all seriousness, though, I doubt that the devs are intentionally making 90% of stages unplayable for competitives. They might be making a bad choice, but I don't think it's all meant as spite.
