I didn't mean slam lol. I actually meant tap, like if I had tap jump on it would, well, jump. Aside from that my circle pad is in pretty good condition :)

I don't if this is a glitch or intentional but whenever I short hop and slam the circle pad up (with tap jump off) I do a full hop. It's been very frustrating for whiffing up airs that would of connected if I had short hopped. Anyone else have this issue?

I feel like there is a better way to a get a waft off aside from reading the opponent but I don't know what. Down tilt? Soft forward air? Down throw?

I wouldn't know much about that match up, but in theory wouldn't arrow spam be the best approach? (even though you don't have to approach :D! ... Anybody?) Most of pits attacks are faster if Yoshi runs in and if Yoshi side b's, most if not all of our sword attacks should go through if timed...

Kind of new to smash boards so forgive if this wrong, but what I've seen from pit edge guarding and what I've done is a.gimp their recovery with arrows b. while trying to do point (a) it sets you up to pop them up and get another arrow, fair, bair, dair, down tilt or even a smash attack on...

Thanks for the response! I've been practicing charizard had difficulty with on the go down b's but I think have it. But I agree, that down smash is great move in generally for combos and tech chases.

Hey! A little new to the smash community and want to pick up the lizard. In terms of the c-stick, would b-sticking be more effective for the specials specifically setting up chases with the super jump or would smashes on the c-stick be better?
