I've seen the tech Sage posted performed by the man himself. Right now it makes Pit a monster edgeguarder. Honestly, he can fly of the stage farther then Jiggly with higher priority moves. Only thing that a pit would have to watch out for is opponents with spikes when approaching with this.

Forward throw while harder works better against some characters. Take Link and Marth, also works on Shiek and Wolf at higher damages then dthrow.

Pikachu has a lot of combos to memorize though. Knowing which chain grab works well with who and until what percent is mandatory. Afterwards practice your best quack attack. For me its the Wiimote and nunchuck set up where I jump with left on D-pad, b with down on D-pad, do my second jump with...

Oh that cloud stage is a pain. I think its banned mostly for the fact that ledges disappear, and the platforms stun characters for some unreasonable lag.

As much as I disdain bstick for Lucas I love it on Pikachu. Quack attacks are much easier, and that led me to the pktech Tyr discovered that also seems easier with bstick.
