Very underwhelming. Only Sephiroth and to a lesser extent Kazuya have wowed me.

I think Ultimate is unga bunga enough as is. The absolute last thing we need is characters throwing out invincible up specials with no penalty. It’d be fun for a mode in Special Smash, but an actual game mechanic? Sounds like a disaster.

Well, to start, the two don’t even look similar enough to be echoes. Second, this Link has enough of his own material to draw from (Link to the Past/Between Worlds, Link’s Awakening, the Oracle games) that he doesn’t need to be an echo. Third, why does Smash 4 Link need to be his own character...

That’d be waste, not to mention a misrepresentation of the character. In other words, the main issues that people with the two small Links.

In the future, I would get rid of Young Link, replace him with the Impa from Age of Calamity, and further Luigify Toon Link so that he’s his own character and not just small, fast Link. I like this idea, but what would you call this Link?

I don’t have much of a history with FFVII even though I played and loved the remake, but I’m happy for everyone who wanted Sephiroth in.
