To be completely honest, even though Ganon sucks, I personally don't think he is the worst. I don't think Japan has him as the worst. Bottom tier? Sure. I just think he is better than last.

It's tricky because of the chain grab. As long as the matchup is played well, they shouldn't have their own tier. One mistake can mean a stock though, and they can sometimes challenge MK

I can believe the match up is approximately even if Falco is smart. Ends up really campy though. Approaches must be carefully weighed against the potential danger, which would be a stock against a decent IC. I personally don't enjoy this match up.
