Melee practice setups

Wolf tier list placement
I have seem many tier lists and one thing that I noticed was that people are saying wolf is either a good a or b tier character or that he is a d tier can i get some more opinions on where u think wolf belongs. -
How does side b work?
Its very percent specific but u can also angle the sibe b up or down so when u use the dthrow side b combo u should usually angle it down Hope i made sense -
What will it take to make the heavy characters more viable all around?
I believe that to have a viable heavy character they need good combo starters and less landing lag on aerials. I also think the need either a counter move or a bood recovery like kkr.- MeLON17

Wolf Combo Potentials
I found a sorta combo thing with wolf. At low percents15-20 heavys 17-26 medium and 20-29 low if u utilt can hit a sh fair, but the can airdodgr out if it but if they dont u can get around 4 fairs to combo into each other it does around 40-50 damage correct me if im wrong on anything -
