But any horizontal recovery = cape haven. That's why i love my friend who plays as Luigi and always uses his orizontal instead of his vertical.

Venice smelled kinda bad when i was there, like fish maybe (but that's explainable). The food is amazing there and it's fun just to walk around without a real plan. Also, it was sorta cold during the spring time, i advise a hoodie.

If i use my up-b, i get full damage, but i just dont like falling and not being able to do anything. And for approach, i usually run up, cape, then beat the living daylights out of them. (My friend always uses lucas, and the side smash is easy to cape and punish)

I haven't tested this fully, but I don't believe that Mario's cape does anything about Lucas or Ness when they hit themselves with a PK thunder (towards you of course). The same goes for Luigi's side-b. Is this true? Because if there is some way to do it then that would be INCREDIBLY helpful.

Lucas and Ness are pretty good against Mario though. The up-b or up-c is unaffected by his cape, and it's freaking powerful. Also, if you launch yourself at Mario with a PK thunder, cape doesn't work. PS, I use my cape too much as you might guess...
