No, but skill means experience and experience is one of the best defenses on your side in an argument. I mean, ****, why else would there be a community within SmashBoards dedicated to, you know, setting the rules for the pro competitive community?

This article is pretty lame if only because you seem to be ranting and raving and whining and such. Which would be just fine if you weren't trying to convince people that your opinion is right and we should adapt to that. You either need to be a debater or Yahtzee. There is no third direction.

Well yeah but that's because of the way they changed how recovery works. Fair is weaker than before even though you can reliably hit with it for the spike, because the hitbox for spike used to be the entire thing, now it's just if you hit in the fist's area.

I am reminded of Shoryuken's Mister Wizard tournament changes. But we're getting pretty off topic.

One of the things I will always miss as a Doc mainer in Brawl is the Fair/Fsmash KO attacks. Mario has some serious problems with finishers, and it's one of the main reasons I couldn't play Mario in Melee and I can't play him now. They kind of meshed up his Fair into doing different things...

Um, yes, exactly. Metaknight excels at spamming special moves. This makes him extremely good in wifi because he has the most protective, spammable moves around. Besides, I even said that it was all tournaments aside. MK is broken for several reasons that have nothing to do with wifi brawling.

Again, practice practice practice. Thunderstorming is like any other AT - you need to sit down and do it repeatedly to get it down before bringing it to a tournament.

I think it actually shows how broken Metaknight is when you can play Wifi with him and win consistently, all tournaments aside.

This seems like an extremely naiive statement to make, especially considering the ban isn't based on trying to make something fair or unfair but instead is made trying to keep the spirit of competitive Smash as it was supposed to be.
