I had this question answered for me a while back. I was told to short hop over the projectiles and at some points, it's more beneficial to you if you face tank some of the projectiles. But definitely, if you are on a stage with platforms use those to your advantage to get closer to him

I usually practice my combos on training bots. I also warm up my hands literally, I heat up a towel and heat my hands up using that. It might just be the placebo effect, but when I heat my hands using the towel I feel like my reflexes are a little betterer.

I was playing as Lucina against my brother, and sometimes when I combo him it results in his character lying on the ground. I then go and do a forward dash attack to get him into another combo. But sometimes it doesn't do anything and sometimes it hits. Can someone explain to me how this works?
