Pikachu doesn't have to do much. As stated already, Pika can just maneuver fast around ad dodge the pikmin and can electrocute all his non yellow pikmin in one shot. Olimar isn't affected, providing he has the Dream Material. The only thing effective for Olimar against Pika is the Ultra Bitter...
