Suicine's niche is definitely as a space dependant character and theres always the training dojo to get a basic understading and combo game (for anyone). For Suicine though field phase has a chance for interesting setups between the ice wall, the ice ball drop and just general projectile heaven...

Personally i find Melee more attractive overall, but smash 4 has some nice notes that make it try to look competitive. For the whole idea about how melee was too hardcore, is pseudo right but in all honesty playing project M and RoA are safer alternatives in terms of finding a fun time playing...

Sounds like this discussion is aimed at the new higher tiered ness... is it a cheap win? heck no, chars like ness have weakness that people don't feel like exploiting (recovery) (seriously just learn to needle off stage with sheik or use turnips as peach etc, also toads tooling does wonders...

Does pk flash still produce helpless free fall when used in mid air...? Cause I dont know how many sd's have occured when I slipped off the edge while edgeguarding with ness's pk flash (aka using pk flash inches ness forward a bit and since he is mid air he would fall into helpless fall after...

Thats my problem, the animation did appear, which means it should've done damage/killed him. i.e. i technically didn't get interrupted since i released it early enough and the animation occurred right after he grabbed me, right on top of both of us... and i know it didn't hit the floor purely...
