Atfer months of playing smash4 I've somehow ended up going back to game and watch lol. Though I still have rosalina as a hightier back up I find myself using G&W for the most part, even for his harder match ups. He's more gimmicky than ever and it's uhh.... FUN!! :smash:

He's pretty much the same. It makes me so mad that they looked at gw for the bucket changes and were COMPLETELY okay with how everything else was. **** you sakurai, **** YOU

I'm sorry to say but he just isn't as good before. His glass cannon attributes are all GONE. Before his regular cstick smashes would kill early and any charged smash was icing on the cake but now they HAVE to be charged to kill at a decent percent(100-120), Not to mention his other prime moves...

Yea I've noticed it too. I also tried being careless and just running up to people and doing upsmash but I got hit most of the time. It's helpful but requires timing still. Pretty useful against opponents that try to get back onto stage with an Aeriel. It's not anything as good as DK punch armor...

I sort of question who you were playing against, sorry lol. Sheik should not be afraid of using her needles when she's far away. It's a fast projectile that's hard to punish, especially against someone slower than her like gw. If it's any move she should be cautious of, it would be dash attack...

Works on some characters only. Others can either jump out or simply hit you after dthrow. Sheik or mario can just nair out of any dthrow followups, its sad. You can probbaly bait it and grab again. Dthrow into upb is a combo at percents past 30.

After playing for two days i notice the nerfs now lol. It's frustrating. I don't mind the power nerf on smashes but the bair nerf is what's the most depressing. We no longer have a way to approach or shield pressure the opponent AT ALL. Yes back air was predictable as **** in brawl but at least...
