yup i agree with a2 that mario in fact can be top tier. the only thing which really hindered him was his lack of KO power in vbrawl

this is perfect but what would you do about stamina. if you keep the same pokemon in for the whole match, then what. if you keep the stamina at normal, you would be forced to switch anyway

ok. where can i find the code which allows you to use ness up b many times. in a way, in my opinion its just like what they did to ike side b allowing you to use it as many times as you like

is ness' up b the same or is it like in brawl plus, when you use up b and hit someone, you are able to use it a 2nd time and not free fall

i wonder if anyone thought about combining brawl + and brawl balanced into one game. i wonder if thats possible.
