All you have to do is walk up to him, scream "MINDGAMES!" and F-smash him. The louder you scream "MINDGAMES!", the better your mindgames will be. Rinse and repeat. (Works especially well with Marth).

Pretty much everything that husband said, except don't roll when Sheik does her up-B. Just press up on the stick at the explosion part of her up-B, and smash/grab at lower damage, nail her with an up-B at higher damage. The dash attack to fsmash is cool and all, but it only works at lower...

Against Sheik try not to spotdodge. Marth's spotdodge is just too slow. Wavedash, Shield-wavedash, jump out of shield, shield, or just run away, but spotdodging a hit will just let Sheik land a more powerful one. Also, learn to edgeguard Sheik. Don't roll from the edge; wait for the explosion...
