Keep tech-chases going as long as you feel comfortable. The longer you tech-chase, the more likely he'll roll to the edge and you can Fthrow him off into ****.

Stay grounded on approaches and relentlessly juggle with Uthrow, Utilt, and Uairs. Know how to DI against Sheik. If you don't know how to DI her Dthrow, tilts, and aerials then it becomes just awful for marth. DI her Dthrow away from her, doing so will limit her followup options to only Ftilt...

If its out of an Uthrow you could always input a dash before you Fair to give it a little extra range to beat their DI. ;)

What specific uses does Fair have? I feel like its a really good move that I just don't use enough in my game. :/

If he Bairs your shield just Broll or Froll. He has a sizable frame advantage, so don't challenge him even if he's in grab range. He out-speeds all your offensive options including GSL as well. :(

@Crimson: That seems like really good coverage actually. :) Should we be using Dtilt approaches at low %s at all? I know they can be CC'd, so I'm not too sure if its all that reliable anymore. x . x

On shield, perhaps. Not sure if the shield knockback puts you out of range, but if you react to him going aerial and dash>shield>UpB then you can definitely do it. Just watch out for piv grabs on the approach. ;) And on whiff definitely. You just gotta make sure you don't Up B into the Fair...
