New Strategy, getting onto the Stage with full invincibility on Battlefield

Actually, doing it to a BDACUS if you've done it once or twice and your enemy is there to intercept would be ****, gives us a nice way to pull a surprise kill out if they're on high percents.

It's called Buffered DACUS for a reason, because you are BUFFERING it in the lag of another move. It just looks longer than a normal DACUS because when you do DACUS with an attack button rather than grab, it goes further, if you'd checked the previous page you'd know that, I even posted a video...

BDACUS only occurs out of lag, and occurs instantly once lag ends, and will almost always go further, as it's automatically frame perfect, if you need pointers. It's really obvious if you try it out of spot dodge, as you start inputing it as soon as the dodge starts.

Depending on who you're against, people will rarely be able to punish if you cancel it ASAP, and throw out a Ftilt or Shine, or a jab if they try to rush you, this catches so many people off guard.

mmm true, Falco does have trouble killing, and the CG is not as important. I am also trying to learn BDACUS atm, but it takes a while, I get it about 20% of the time now. Thing is, on a lot of the stages, the long DACUS is actually harder to space and use. I think I'll just test both for a while...

Well, yes and no. Both forms of the DACUS have similar button inputs, but the longer DACUS is performed with an attack button, and the other with grab, and they will go different distances. Test it, or look it up on youtube, 2 frame perfect DACUS' with the different inputs, will go different...

@erick gm14: I dunno, it's not really an issue of difficulty, I'm very good at learning ATs, so I'm sure I can make both DACUS work either way, but I mean, Boost pivot grabs, however situational, are useful for CGing if you're on the wrong side of the stage for a spike, more an issue of the...

lol, I find a good way to get grabs is just to fake it a few times on the first stock, and see what they do, then use that to get it off later, i.e. if they spam dodges, use that to your advantage. Also, if you find that you keep getting ***** by spot dodge, SHNair and the full jab combo are great.

Hey guys, I've been messing round with control schemes for a while now, and came across an interesting thing. As I'm sure most of you know, Falco has 2 DACUSes, a relatively short one using a grab button, and a significantly longer one using attack. (1/3 of FD vs a bit under 1/2) As such, I...

    Bdacus: Tutorials/visual cues/in-game applications.

Didn't read all the previous posts, but I saw a couple people mentioning buffering an instant DA with Cstick down instead of up, does this make it easier. Edit: After a little while, I got it and it seems easier with the C-stick down method, but it's personal preference really I guess. Also...

yeah, SH Nair is a much better option if you want use arials, because of the longer lasting hitbox + less landing lag, but you'll almost always be better off with Jabs and Ftilts unless you have platforms to work with.

the real 0-death combo (i think) easy 2 do

Seeing as it's revived, I have a better 0-death, 3-6x Dthrow > SHDair off stage > edgehog :P, it works on a lot of characters but not all :) And sorry Denzi, couldn't resist

    Agreed, on both counts.

Ok, yeah, on retrospect what I said was kinda wrong, but I don't mean that you should never fight up close, Falco is phenomenal up close, but that imo he does better at camping, and should only move in close once his opponent is annoyed and careless, and even if he is getting out camped, you...
