Because it forces you to make a conscious decision on when to pull out the item. Along with it probably breaking the game link and megaman already had z drop infinites. So I would imagine many other item characters would have similar or crazy unfair options. Like imagine if samus/mew2/lucario...

I have trouble shutting down people who like to full hop and drift into me. Do we have any reliable options to counter this outside of parry and maybe challenge them in the air with Bair? Or do we just kind of have to accept it and back dash to avoid the potential aerial?

Oh yeah Ive been able to RAR since melee, it's more so after I get hit and am airborne, i notice my character is facing away from my opponent. But I prob should work more on my turnarounds so it doesnt matter which way im facing

Ok, maybe I am already facing the other way when I get hit or trying to DI and flipping myself. I mostly see it when I get launched off the stage and want to come back with an aerial or B move. Thanks

It's so frustrating because it feels like RNG. Sometimes I get launched and face my opponent, other times I'm facing the other way. Is there a condition that controls which way you face after getting hit? Sometimes it happens when grounded as well.

Is there a way to get around the buffer system? I keep wanting to turn around ftilt ppl and keep getting fsmash instead. I try to slowly tilt the stick, but it's no where near the same timing as melee or 4 was.

So it's based off the top percentage of players? I keep hovering around 1.5k since i started playing online 2 days ago, but havent gotten to 1.7 yet. The 1.6ers are def way better than everyone else ive been playing haha
