    Ugh, a 2 month surgery kept me from weightlifting. I lost most of my muscle mass and fat(20 pounds total), so now that I can get back to the gym I'm gonna lift hard and just tighten my diet. Most of my exercises are gonna be around 5-6 sets, while being explosive on every rep(low reps too)...

    It's been a while but I got some good gains. My friend gave me some shoulder workouts because my bench was stuck at 115; so with that and some different types of push ups I can bench 135 now . Squats are at 185 and I can do almost 14~ per set for pull ups.

    My max for squat gets better(100 to 175 now) while I can't bench more than 125, and I've been benching for two months now. Weird, and I think I'm doing them right too. Shoulder blades together, arms a little more than shoulder width apart, and feet on the ground.

    I'm gonna give that arm workout a try next week, the forced negative thing for bicep curls looks interesting. It looks like it hurts though with all his grunting and screaming. My biceps are also the smallest muscle on my arm, my triceps are actually a lot bigger.
