This is true. I think Rainbow Curse's timing spelled very good for BD in terms of how relevant he was in the game. Based on that they probably have more grounds to believe he'd be even more relevant at the time of Ultimate, unlike with Pokemon reps where it's more complicated. (See: Greninja)
