There was a pretty convincing leak posted recently, I was wondering if anyone would make an icon of the character that appears.

The last point about morphing percent leads, taking stocks, etc. is true for me but not related to low tiers - related to player skill. If I play someone PR'ed or I know is better than me but I take a stock that's my main selling point.

There is a good mix of high tier characters that do have a kill throw and ones who don't. It doesn't look like having a kill throw immediately makes a character better. So w/e keep it the same.

That's even less noteworthy then calling a character viable because of one Top 8, which is what he's arguing against. 2-0ing one person (with little matchup knowledge, to add) and significantly improving that character on the tier list is exactly what we shouldn't do. Agreed.
