while I heartily concur with the above poster my purely biased opinion is to go for pokemon trainer, especially squirtle as they have similar speed and air games (also why have one secondary when you can have 3 at once.) BTW i second Diddy

I live in NZ had same prob but got a wii freeloader, look them up they aren't that expensive and are totally worth it to be playing brawl now

like many other people apparently i used to see charizard merely as an obstacle to getting to squirtle but I have very recently come to embrace his survivability and raw power

I would totally agree with the OP, I find that if I lose one match to my inferior brother I can soon find myself losing many in a row because losing to someone worse to you messes with your head and makes you play far worse than usual
