I cant say that I know a Luigi as good caliber as your saying you are, but i can point you out to an ike player with a similar track record as yours :P

using his tornado as a recovery move is also probably the best recovery move in the game... The hight you get off that move is enormous. Also when your falling you can use it to slow your fall slightly which can throw off an opponent who is charging a really powerful up smash on the ground...

For all the time I've been playing Brawl there's been this one player, the only player mind you, who I simply cannot beat... This guy is really fast with ike and can counter almost every arial attempt from the ground with his up Smash. The only way I get in Arials is fireball short hop...
