Uair if spaced well will beat Dair, but the spacing has to be close to perfect. even if you try you'll at least trade. nicking him with side hitboxes will get around his Dair too. From underneith, just Usmash unless you know the spacing, (basically tipper the tail and it'll beath the Dair)...
