When you reduce the EVs of a stat to 0, the stat's value will reduce to what it should be at 0 EVs. Then when you EV train other stats those values will go up accordingly. Lol sorry but you can't cheat around the 510 EV limit otherwise everyone would do this. As for the moveset, I can't really...

There is no attack loss when using flame orb + guts. Guts negates the attack loss completely then gives you the 1.5x boost.

I caught a level 140 Mewtwo in blue :D I could level it higher via rarecandys but if it gained exp in battle it reverted to level 100 :\ ....still awesome though lol
