I only went to Katsucon once. How is the Melee crowd there? Ever since I played OTHER people at MAGfest this year it makes me think I should get out to cons more. I'm normally at Otakon every year but I never go there to game. I'm looking for a Samus in the area who can teach me some stuff.

Finding it hard to read from beginning of this thread but have there been posts on 2v2s and SWDing. I find it amazingly useful and have saved my teammate from combos many times or getting some good 2 on 1 moments while the other guy has to run over to fight.

I like it for mind games and also I just find doing it really fun. If you overuse it for a bit, sometimes no0bs just think every bomb that drops will be a SWD. but seriously... I use it sparingly for only like running away from invincibility and grabbing the edge from the other side of FD out...

I been trying to learn Samus for a bit but I developed a habit of fast falling nairs and getting punished with shield-grabs. I think it started cuz i thought I read somewhere if you L-cancel a nair into someone's shield you should be able to jab right after you land and interrupt the grab. Is...

Thanx AIDS for a video to look at. My Samus game has improved alot. If only I could make it a habit of L-Cancelling :{ (stupid shield grabs get me every single time.) I been playing my bro's Dr. Mario who has good technique. His pill wall baits me into jumping into him and I seem to notice...

Thought as much, I was just thinkin of spamming it against people who are trying to recover. Other then that, It does seem to waste time. Also, im having trouble thinkin of combos to get some really good dmg in the beginning. Best i do is just Ftilt and Uair and sometimes end up bring em bak...
