I don't really understand this. If we went by the "if it ain't broke, leave it alone" logic, then there would be no technological advancements ever. Personally, I think I'd rather side with scientific advancement.

i would have to put Arby's as the number 1 for fries, period. However, the best regular french fries would have to go to McDonald's... most of the time. Depending on where you go, I've had some amazing fries, and then some limpass crappy fries.
