There are some S-video cables that are bad quality which can leave a checkerboard pattern or produce more or less a composite quality image though an S-video plug. The best bet is to get official cables but they can be much more expensive. I'm not aware of any good 3rd party brands.

I discovered that you can actually auto cancel Mewtwo's nair on the ledge. It you time it right, you can be fully invincible and start a roll, spot dodge, shield, grab, or tilt.

Did you initialize your internet settings? You have to do that first, then imediately scan the QR code. It needs to go through the start up dialoge the same session it loads the page, or at least it needed to for mine.
