I don't even know...I'm confused exactly. Ok, I just looked now and I guess it was Apex 2013 he won. I swear I heard another Apex started this year, recently. Maybe I was wrong and it was some other tournament. :I Oh well. I just heard he was getting wrecked in said tournament.

Anyways, go to the Welcome Center, and then go to "The Smashboards Arena: We APEX now!". (It will also have a "legality" tab, for some reason). Go to the last page, post! :D (There's also and introduction thread in the "Welcome Center", so if you want to, introduce yourself there.
