Let's see, for Palutena: Palutena Statue, Viridi Stage Hazard, Ridley: Original Pyrosphere post, Mother Brain assist (which noone expected, btw)
For K. Rool: Kremling, or Cranky assist. Of course, if Kremlings are a new AT, King K Rool is practically confirmed.

If King K Rool is the newcomer to be revealed this month, I'm expecting a Zelda newcomer in April, since that would going in Smash's series order (Mario = Rosalina, DK = K. Rool, Zelda = whoever, probably no one). Then, we get Ridley at the next E3 direct. Sounds like a sound, plausible plan to me.
