That lag messed me up for the first half of the time we fought. After that, I have no excuse.
And after that, we became more even, with you barely beating me. GGs all around.

Became more even with the final smashes tho. Roy is not exactly the most mobile character when it comes to jump prowess, neither is Snake. Plus, my serious characters are Marth and Mewtwo. Everyone else was because I watch pros play em so I know how to use em. Not johnning

I main Dr. Mario (can't use him online well, apparently), Mewtwo, Samus, and Snake. Funny how that works, since I don't use Final Smashes.

I got tired after one of the Snake ditto's. The last 4 matches were just me being too lazy to even move.
And even a little lag messes me up.
GG. I will admit that you're better than me online, but until we can play either locally or in a completely lag-free match, I will not say you are better than me overall.

The chances of you and I getting together and meeting up at a tourney are extremely slim, considering you live a couple states away.

TBH your Snake would take me to game 3 or game 5 in a Best of 3 or a Best of 5 set. Thing was brutal. Really fun Snake ditto. I lucked out. You were outplaying me the entire match.

And hey, anything can happen. Maybe one day in the future we'll both enter the same national tournament.

So you're saying that you're considering entering tournaments in the possible near future? If you did I would get REALLY hyped. You live in MA right? Fairly sure they have weeklies there. You could use that to improve. Or use wifi and read up on guides of Snake/other characters you main. Or do both. I've done option two as of now. Its paid off fairly well.

Where can I find a list of tournaments in MA? So far the only thing I've done is making a thread asking about them.

Regional zones>Atlantic North. TBH the main tournies are all around the tristate area, so unless you have a car or a friend who can drive you, it'll be hard to find tournies.
