Yeah, slightly in Sheik's favor without customs, slightly in Pikachu's favor with customs. Probably close to even though. Diddy vs. Pikachu is at least 60:40 Pika though.

Luigi has the most toxic design in the game imo. I know people say that of Sonic, but Luigi's risk:reward ratio is off the charts. His bad MUs come strictly from a "don't let him get anywhere near you" viewpoint.

People say he has mobility and recovery issues, but I completely disagree. He has among the best perfect pivots and initial dashes in the game, a practically lagless dashgrab+fireballs at midrange, and Tornado.

Airdodges in this game are way better than Brawl airdodges. 5 frames of vulnerability total instead of 15-20. Luigi's floaty physics allow him to airdodge -> Tornado or n-air any attempts to gimp him that aren't super disjointed like Rosa d-air, and also let him land onstage.
