So I edited my original dash mechanics post. The frame where you can input a reverse dash is actually just the IASA for pika's dash animation. This is around frame 23.
I'm not totally sure on this, but I think there is a difference in the IASA frames from standing > dash than from dash>dash. Stand>Dash seems to take just a little bit longer.
