The hitboxes are size 6.0 at Y=5.0, so it's supposedly only 1.0 of reach under the ledge, but I'd rather see it in action instead of trying to guess.

That has bothered me since Lucas' release :\ I think maybe they meant for it to work that way, but ended up making a slight change that caused the launchers to be a bit too high.
