Look for the gaps in Pac-Man's setup(s) then try to hit him. To be honest, if Pac-Man plays for the timeout Ness really can't get to him safely. Get the lead first I guess lol.

I tested Pac-Man's hydrant, thinking that maybe I could have the water spring upward. But if someone touches the side of it, the water shoots from the left and right. I was hoping maybe I could deter it from spraying me away.
