Update on my texture hack:
I have three characters finished, Metaknight, Pit, and Toon Link. I'll show pics of them when I have more characters completed.
Good **** at Slast 2 MJG. Rep harder at HD Remix. I won't be there

I don't see TL as high tier though. I see him as top of middle, which means he's right where he should be. I just don't see why ZSS is so high. She should be in middle tier, either in front or behind TL (I think she should go behind him, but hey what do I know about ZSS?).
