Yea, ****s crazy....but he is still bad. I wish he didnt damage himself, then at the very minimum "thunder jolt camping" vs slow characters could at least annoy the **** outta ppl and waste time on the clock.

Puff and ICs are not that good. Ganon is higher than that. Ganon has advantage vs all the character lower on your list and he has decent matchups vs Marth, ICs, Samus and Pika.

MewtWoz doesnt even damaGe heemself when he attacks, he saves all that fir hes emenies.Yu cait has a Top tiurd spot if you donts have a projctile but YL is to high bcuz he only has projectlles, lnk is ok tho beucase he has nair. oviously you don kno nothin abut mele tiers Svet.

Kaostar, mewtwo is trash and you know it. You, Taj and Iori are just exceptional (and sadistic) players.
edit- @SB, zelda roy and pichu all have methods of attacking forward... something DK doesn't have. I was going to put DK below kirby but cactus fought a little bit and there was a compromise.

edit: I think I only liked it because I pposted a list very similar awhile back. I don't think Ic deserve their own tier.however I wouldn't mind
