Oh, well you signing those papers are the reason they're allowed to do it lol. Basically the papers are conformation that you are returning goods in full back to them.

Also, some companies can give you cash back for returning items (mostly the big name clothing stores) because you can get a business permit that allows you too without any need for the paper work or anything, but most smaller companies dont do it because it costs too much money to get the permit.

From what I understand the venue fee would be 10 bucks and its got TV's and everything, its somewhere my Zz's house I believe

I wish I would have gone.
I stayed up past 6 AM, and didn't wake up until 3:30 PM on Saturday...

PS: Nice Smash 64 bracket! I would have never figured it out without the image. :chuckle:

The tourney was a lot of fun. It was good to see a lot of new people there. Just one thing I would have to say is that we don't run multiple tourneys at the same time. It made it run soo much longer than it would have if we did them separately. I know at least one person that waited over two hours for a tourney match...

But besides that, I enjoyed it a lot. I don't know why smash tourneys/fests always make me sick though. I now have a fever of 103 lol. GG's to everyone I played. It was good. Dang DDD and ROB, easily my least two favorite matchups in the game. I'll get you next time :)

You'd be surprised Everett, you'd be surprised...

XDDD, Mars, and DS4 have improved A TON and Ive somewhat managed to keep up with them. While Chris/Kevin are definitely a step above us, I really think after them the rest of us are all somewhat close. :o
