You wanna tell him for me that he's a moron for considering Deoxys speed and wobbuffet for OU play?
I am unfamiliar with the differences of shoddy and net battle. But smogon seems to recognize shoddy battle and i've never heard them really mention netbattle, plus shoddy battle has quite a few users at all times now.

I built a van out of Brawl stuff.
The frame is made out of Empty thrown out Brawl cases.
The wheels are made out of thrown out brawl discs.
And it doesnt use gas! it runs on the tears of everyone who thought had high hopes for brawl!

the only bad part is that you have to use the wii-wheel.
